Our Story

Partners + besties Keaka and Ashleigh teamed up to open Mana + Pua. SALT - a Contemporary European Bistro located in the heart of Honolulu in the urban dwelling known as S.A.L.T. At Our Kaka’ako. We wanted to create a casual food + drink environment that celebrates everything about living and growing up Hawaii. Oahu’s food and drink scene is all kinda hip savage with so many options to choose from. Our main goal - have a serious food and bar program in a very unserious and unpretentious fashion. We want you to feel comfortable knowing your dining experience is in our hands and let us focus on efficient service, classic wines + cocktails and extremely fresh, local food. We are located on the second floor with an open floor plan, a fresh breeze and urban city views. Join us for pau hana, Sunday brunch, light fare at the bar or a special dinner in the bistro.
