Her crowning achievements include the founding and success of Mana + Pua Wines, Mana + Pua Carmel, and Mana Pua Haleiwa, ventures that highlight her ability to build from the terroir up, crafting excellence at every stage. Most recently, Ashleigh launched Mana + Pua SALT at Kaka'ako, which has quickly become a standout success in the vibrant Honolulu dining scene. In less than a year, this innovative restaurant has garnered rave reviews, cementing Ashleigh's reputation for excellence and proving her ability to turn bold ideas into thriving realities.
